Prices:  For prices, please refer to the IDS Price List.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Minimum Order: As of January 1, 2004, there will be a $30 minimum per order.  The exception would be customers needing rush orders (next day delivery - UPS red).

Delivery:  Innovative Design Solutions offers same day shipment on items from stock when orders are placed before 12:00pm eastern time.  If an item is back-ordered, please check with a IDS salesperson for the expected delivery date.

Discounts:  The more ordered, the more saved!  Price list quantity discounts are as follows;
1-9 . . . Net Price, 10-99 . . . 10%, 100-249 . . . 15%, 250 + . . . 20% 
Must be the same item ordered to qualify!

Terms:  Net 30 days. 
Payments can be made by credit card using PayPal. 
Use email: sales@idsmachine.com.  Any order over $1000, add a 3% credit card fee to total.

Freight:  All shipments are FOB Millersburg, PA.  We pre-pay and add freight to the invoice and do not charge handling fees. Depending on weight, parts are shipped UPS or common carrier unless customer specifies special instructions.

Specials:  Innovative Design Solutions can modify its standards to meet special requirements. Email or call to fax your drawings and specifications to IDS's quote department.

Specifications:  Please refer to each catalog drawing for part specifications. If tolerances are not shown, inquire with a IDS salesperson.

Business Hours:  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time.

Returns:  Standards can be returned less a 20% restocking fee. Orders for "specials" are not subject to cancellation or change in specifications.
